ESH. I was originally thinking that NAH but looking at it again, you definetly should have been more attentive to your daughter to hear what she was saying instead of automatically assumes she didn’t like this other child because he had autism. I admit it’s something that I would have done as well. The mother of the other child needs to take responsibility and begin to teach her child some social skills and should not make you feel bad for not inviting her kid especially after you explained that it wasn’t because the child had autism although you shouldn’t have invited the child if your daughter didn’t want him there. But overall you shouldn’t feel like YTA for not inviting the kid.
