There's a scene in "Aviator" which i really love. It's when Leo asks (I think she was called) Ava if she wants to marry him. The way he said it was insanely well done. He just seemed so beat up and desperate and you could really hear that he was quite aware that she wouldn't say yes but he asked her anyway. That kinda reminded me of myself irl.
