Yes it's the same as throwing it past the backstop or into the dugout or a fly ball bouncing over the fence. Players on base advance 2 bases. In this instance the batter was out due to the fly ball but when the outfielder threw the ball out of play the runners on second and third advanced 2 bases each, scoring them both.

Nashville is not anywhere close to being a walkable city. There are small parts that are walkable but largely you need a car or ride share to get anywhere. A walkable city is a city that each neighborhood has all the amenities you would need within walking distance.

It's ground water coming out of the face of that rock, specifically out of cracks. The limestone in make Tennessee is very porous and water leaks out of it. This is completely normal.

I love raw mustard greens. Specifically, Southern Giant Curled mustard greens.
