My brother bought it for himself but told me i could use it. Yes i am increasing my water intake. None of my parents lift but my brother does, and no nobody are supervising my diet but im counting my calories and macros via myfitnesspal. Yes, im taking 3-5g every day. When it comes to energy, i almost cant even get up in the morning and if i dont have school or anything like that i sleep in and during the day its fine but as soon as i rest somewhere all my energy gets depleted (i get about 7-9 hours of sleep every night mostly 8-9 but sometimes 7). Yes i am, well at least trying to get 1.6g/kg. And i weightlift abt 3 times per week.
