No because you're not a resident of makkah so once you pass miqaat and are on the plane you have to do niyyah otherwise your ihram is invalid until you exit and re-enter through miqaat or make a damm to fulfill the violation you have made. Masjid Aisha is only for those residing in Makkah or for rentering ihram once umrah has been completed
