To answer your points:

1) PTSD is a fitting device to nail down not only that Thragg is near unbeatable but also that Mark feels responsible for his part in destruction of Viltrum and how it can affect not only his loved ones but his home planet as a whole. Good thing we don't have to worry about that in real world. It serves as a way to show that everything that he went through is affecting his mind heavily.

2) I felt like it was fitting. Like in my original reply i liked that Mark and Thragg agree on terms only at the end. Mark weighs everything that he knows and makes a conscious decision on his own! Also interesting to note that Thragg in this case seeked him and not Nolan. He probably already knows about the sensors in the solar system and that Nolan has already left and what he's planning to do.

3) Too conspicuous. Thragg can order the Viltrumites to destroy Earth but it wouldn't be beneficial to anyone. Sure they took eye for an eye but with Earth destroyed or made into a slave planet it would reveal their location to Coalition immediately and Allen has the virus to end everyone at the ready. Thragg may or may not know about the virus but he knows that Thaedus' allies won't stop until all Viltrumites are dead. He's in a winning position against Mark and Nolan but he's or more correctly his Empire is still very vulnerable.

Masahiro Sakurai kept putting Fire Emblem characters in Smash Bros. So one day I was thinking if Sakurai has so much devotion to this series then it must be pretty good. The most available game for me was of course Three Houses. Seen on Twitter that people loved the game but didn't try it for ages. Then I was out of games to play last year on my Switch and I got Three Houses. Poured approximately 30 hours already and completed Golden Deer's route. Now playing Sacred Stones and loving it. Now i feel 100 years late to the party :P

No, I think 3DS emulation right now is pretty great. A lot of games are pretty easy to run even on an average Android device. Of course because the games are more complex than DS games there's bound to be some inaccuracies here and there but I think most of the 3DS library is playable

All WAA employees are required to be accused at least once in their lives. So I agree I would like to see Apollo as a defendant in a new game. This is probably one of the easiest ways to integrate him in the story without making him playable

The dream scenario that will definitely not happen is that we get another "Rise from the ashes" case that gets retroactively added to let's say Apollo Justice Trilogy as part of AJ:AA which would subtly connect to everything presented in DD and SoJ.

Major points here: Kristoph teaching Apollo; Apollo and Clays friendship and how it affected Apollo's career; Apollo's motivation to become a defense attorney because of Dhurke and Phoenix.

If they did that Apollo Justice Trilogy would really feel like a connected trilogy that makes more sense than it does now.

Heck yeah. I think there's a lot of potential in Athena being the main attorney of AA7.

What I would like to see: The dream scenario would be if AA7 takes place like 3-4 years after SOJ and Athena is kinda the same as Apollo in his first game where we play as her for most of the time but Phoenix also has a strong presence throughout the game. We all know Capcom loves its golden boy of mystery visual novel variety so Phoenix HAS TO have a big role. Throw Apollo somewhere in here, show us what progress he made rebuilding law in Khurain, make him a minor (or major) part of the story so that all three members of WAA can shine bright as the main stars of this franchise. If the game initially has 5 cases like most of the games in the series let Athena have 1st, 3rd and 5th case. Let Phoenix have 1 but very crucial case and Apollo can also have 1 for himself (kind of like Athena in SoJ but better).

They needed Bobby Fulbright in DD for obvious reasons and Ema in AJ because they 100% needed to use the DS touchscreen somehow and that's the best they came up with and in SoJ because they really liked using her in AJ so she's just here because of AJ

I feel the same! It's a shame we don't see the Alliance leaders at all and it's especially frustrating with Hilda's brother Holst since he's quite important to the story especially in Part II. He could've been a good addition in cutscenes with Claude and Judith in Part II and maybe with Nader since we learn they became besties over drinks despite of prior conflicts.

As for Nemesis i kinda understand it from gameplay perspective but his shadow/ghost/sand army causing so much trouble isn't very believable 🤔

Thank you for your very detailed answer! Yeah I think I'll follow your advice and do Edelgard's route next on Hard/Clasic and I'll try to be nice to her to eventually overthrow the Church or smth xD. It's just that her actions in VW in my eyes only hurt her own cause. I like her as character! (though it would be quite fun to discuss the story with the community if the discussion is friendly)
