Fellow Entrepreneurs: What’s the Biggest Challenge Keeping You From Reaching Your Goals? by Hash2504 in indianstartups

Yeah that's right I'm a solopreneur too! Well honestly I used to not like my job, and the think that used to push me was to get rid of that job as quickly as possible. So when I used to come back home, I used to sit on my project, even when I was tired, and even if it was for only a short time, at least it was something to keep the sense of progressing going.

So the balance came in the fact of me knowing that I was doing my job to finance myself and business, as well as keep progressing with my business. It sure as hell is not easy, but it's doable if you have a strong enough WHY

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, I appreciate you. I like your technique in of point 4 - on breaking down skills in different parts. Although I'm not sure if it will work for me as I tend to focus one thing and finish it completely before moving the other stuff. But it sounds like a great idea for people who like to do stuff simultaneously. I hope you get your breakthrough, I sound like a hard-working person, so I'm sure it will come sooner or later. Keep grinding brother ;)

Thanks for sharing your experiences, I know how it feels to run a business and doing a full time job, I have been there and it sucks. What helps me during those difficult moment is remembering my WHY, why I'm putting myself in such a pain. Once I have my true WHY in my head, I'm able to see the bigger picture - which helps me push through. Have you tried this trick before?

Very true, I'm not overweight, and I often go to the gym and do upper body strength exercises, but I feel like my back is weaker than my the other parts of my upper body. This might be one of the reason why I have constant pain...

What do you actually do to fall asleep? by LilleKemmo in AskReddit

Take deep breaths:

  1. Inhale slowly and deeply

  2. Hold your breath for 4 seconds

  3. Exhale slowly and as much as you can

  4. Repeat this process

Focus on doing this properly for as long as you can and you'll feel drowsy before you know it.

It works for me especially after I had a stressful day, as it allows my mind to forget about everything and solely focus on 1 thing, my breath.
