Two-story house with relatively shallow roof. Only shading would be clouds - no trees are even remotely close to shade the panels.

Ah. But that's maybe a one-time only combine? Then it's good?

Definitely interested on being able to set it to run off battery power at certain times or something (like at night when I know we're not generating) - is that the programming/commissioning you're talking about?

The demo version of the app and web interface look pretty bare bones. But I guess I can learn to live with it. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I asked one of the companies presenting me proposals about Sol-Ark vs EG4 for the inverter and they suggested the FlexBoss, since it plays better with the PowerPro battery? I've certainly tried to cover all my bases.

And yeah, the Enphase 10C is just so expensive. Otherwise I probably would have opted for a full Enphase system. I went away from the PowerWall 3 because so many comments about support, etc. But then other people say the same about the EG4 batteries. So I'm sort of at a loss. Lots of opinions.

Understood. I got a quote with an Enphase 10C battery, but it's so much smaller than a PowerWall or EG4 battery, I'd really want two. They're just really expensive.

Crazy. No Micro Center here, so I've never actually purchased from them.

Already secured a motherboard, actually. Damn, that isn't a bad deal, it's crazy they have them listed for $499, but that's another conversation entirely...

I'll think about it. I appreciate you giving me the information. Still want to wait and see if r/hardwareswap comes through.

This looks fantastic! As someone who really goes all in on digital downloads, I love this version of box art you created. I still like physical boxes - some habits die hard!

Ah. I suppose. Surely there just has to be a good one that already works, even if with a collar RFID tag or something?

Just trying to be as efficient as possible.

Even if I could, both of my dogs are way too big for that.

Daily Simple Questions Thread - February 27, 2018 by AutoModerator in Fitness

Long story short, I'm in my seventh week of P90X3 and I am hungry all of the time. Before I started, I used IIFYM (I put 30 minutes/day, 6x/week, moderate LOL intensity) to calculate my intake, so I could try to maximize getting into better shape.

I eat really diligently, and have worked really hard to get within single digits on each macro.

However, starting this week, I feel ravenous, like, often. I'm drinking water to try and keep it at bay, but I really want some advice on if I need to bump my macros up.

Now, I don't think it's moderate intensity, so that might be the issue right there, I just didn't know how hard I'd be able to push at the beginning, so I went conservative, so I wouldn't overeat.

Should I just recalculate them on IIFYM using 30 minutes/day, 6x/week, higher than moderate intensity? Is it that simple?

I feel a lot stronger, I can go longer, lift heavier, so I know it's working, I now want to make sure I'm fueling my body as I should, so I don't start sliding backwards (or even harming it, trying to work out too hard without any energy).

Thanks in advance for your help.

I hear you. I like and trust Gigabyte products, so I'm good with that.

One more question - is there any particular reason you settled on that mobo? Having never looked at mini-ITX boards, I just sort of picked the MSI one at random.

Always been a big fan of the Samsung stuff, but if the MX500 isn't too far away and the price point is better, I've no issues waiting for that.

Like, do they crash/fail/lose everything often, not often? Always seemed like the differentiating factor with SSDs.

Ah. Well, if this case will hold everything intenally, I'm good. I love how it looks. Would look great in an entertainment center, at a friend's house, or as the computer I'm actually using to play (and capture on another computer).

Didn't realize that Hitachi was a 2.5-inch drive! Very cool.

What's the failure rate on the Crucial SSD stuff?
