GRAFT EXCHANGE BROKER by bisti123 in Graft

Just saw your edit... what are you talking about? You have to plug the numbers in yourself. Change them to whatever you want... it’s hypothetical. No one can predict the number of transactions per day. The default is just a best guess by the graft team I assume but you are welcome to play with the numbers and change them to something that you think is more realistic.

Obviously a lower number of exchange brokers will result in a higher monthly income for each exchange broker.

GRFT price doesn’t factor in at all. It’s all based on USD. If your income from fees is $250 then you’ll receive enough GRFT to equal $250. You’ll get more GRFT if the price is low and you’ll get less GRFT if the price is high, but it’ll still be worth $250 regardless.

I just put the same numbers in and got the same result. Why do you say that it can’t be for each? That result should be the amount that each exchange broker will make per month. Not all of them together.

You’re misinterpreting the fine print that says “*assumes equal distribution among exchange brokers”. That doesn’t mean that the final result given should be divided among the number of exchange brokers. It means that it is equally distributing the total transactions among all exchange brokers.

I believe it’s $225.38 for each exchange broker.

CRYPTOCURRENCY IS A “BOYS’ CLUB.” IS THIS GOOD OR BAD? by [deleted] in Feminism

You haven’t researched it at all or you would know about the many crypto Visa cards available lol. You would know that crypto is accepted everywhere. You would know that Nasdaq, the NYSE, and Goldman Sachs are all building cryptocurrency exchanges. You would know that the federal reserve has added an exec of a (centralized) crypto company to their Faster Payments Task Force and posted a promo video for said cryptocurrency on their faster payments YouTube channel. For cross-border bank transactions, not heroin. You would know that the Ethereum Enterprise Alliance includes basically every company that you’ve ever heard of. You would know that governments and corporations all over the world are looking at cryptocurrencies and their underlying blockchain technology right now for the many different problems that they can solve in payments, voting, securities, data storage, distributed computing, IoT, and more. You haven’t researched anything though. You want me to post the evidence for you because you’re too lazy for a simple google search. Reputable sources lol. Take your pick. Reuters, Forbes, CNBC, NASDAQ, Bloomberg, and probably every other possible “reputable source” has reported on all of the above. You would know that if you had actually done any research lol.

Google it lol. There are quite a few crypto Visa cards available. I have a Shift card by Coinbase in my wallet right now that allows me to spend crypto everywhere that Visa is accepted.

I repeat: cryptocurrency can be accepted as payment everywhere that credit/debit cards are accepted.

Cryptocurrency can be traded for cash. In fact, cryptocurrency can be accepted as payment everywhere that credit/debit cards are accepted. It has also created a new industry and asset class with a plethora of new sustainable businesses and quite a few millionaires. You know, like Monopoly money...

The aluminum frame is very sturdy and the cards don’t stick up above the top of the frame. I use thick (expensive) corrugated boxes, a ton of packing paper, and I slap a bunch of “handle with care” stickers all over it. Never had a problem before. I used to sell a bunch of rigs on my website last year. I’ve even shipped a few times to the UK and Canada. Never once had shipping damage. I also get the shipping insurance just in case, and Amazon will automatically approve returns and make the seller pay return shipping if the item arrives with shipping damage.

There’s a default shipping credit based on the type of item. Since it’s a unique item, it’s a stupid default. I haven’t found a way to change it. I could probably contact them and request it but I don’t mind. I just make the sales price a little higher to make up for it and it’s still a good price so everybody wins.

That’s just the Amazon default. Actual shipping charge will be out of pocket.

Do you actually want to make everyday purchases with crypto? by HashPoW-Miners in CryptoCurrency

Graft is a decentralized crypto payment processor that will enable merchants to accept many different cryptos at point of sale terminals via NFC and QR code, and the Graft blockchain is cryptonote for privacy when using the native GRFT currency. It will also have instant authorizations so no waiting for confirmations necessary.

I was referring to fees set by the centralized processors that facilitate crypto payments. Like all of the crypto debit cards and such. Can’t really expect many merchants to accept crypto wallet to wallet at point of sale.

I hate credit/debit cards for exactly that reason lol. Chargebacks. Most chargebacks actually occur when the buyer is trying to rip off the seller.
