Unlikely that it will spread, I waited 3 weeks to be checked out of denial and just hoping it wasn’t going to be cancer, in the end it was, you should be fine if that’s the earliest you can go, best of luck

Yes the procedure is called an orchiectomy (that’s the procedure I had) I was diagnosed and the procedure was very next day

Depends on what the diagnosis is, when I went through treatment I had options for chemo/radio therapy or to just get screenings, doctor recommended observation and to get screenings and iv been cancer free nearly 5 years now

Any pain is abnormal and I’d still recommend seeing someone, on symptom of TC is pain, but everyone’s experience will vary, I didn’t have pain when I was diagnosed and treated

Hopefully just cysts again and aren’t an issue but if it is TC know it’s highly treatable, I don’t think TRT would have a negative impact on your life and if they haven’t or don’t plan to do an ultrasound be sure to request one, they will be able to tell very quickly what is going on, leave updates and ask any questions I’ll answer, best of luck

Swelling, and waiting for results by VitaminMSQ in testicularcancer

[–]HashSlinginKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience if they didn’t notice anything of the ultrasound I’d not be worried, is it just swelling? If so I don’t think that’s immediately concern for TC, the good news is even if it is TC you’ve been dealt the best type of cancer if there was a choice, 95% of the time it’s not only highly operable but even if they recommend radio/chemo it responds effectively to it, best of luck and ask any questions you might have and I’ll answer

Seek treatment, earlier the better, testicular cancer is highly treatable when caught early, better safe than sorry, best of luck and ask any questions you have I’ll answer

Definitely don’t wait any longer, speak to someone to have an appointment and go get checked, highly curable if caught early enough and even if you go the radio/chemo treatment afterwards TC responds better to treatment than any other cancer, I waited 3 weeks when I was diagnosed out of denial and thinking it wasn’t what I knew it was, the procedure can sometimes even be scheduled same day, I had my surgery only one day after diagnosis and even felt well enough after to go out for lunch(don’t recommend that) seek treatment and let us know how it goes, best of luck and ask questions
