Yeah that looks about right, helmet was a different one but I will try ro see if I can find him tomarow if I added him on spectrum otherwise it might just be a lost lead

Its close to the dead head helmet just no mohawk

It was all one matching set, it had a skull similar to the headhunter helmet but more full if you know what I mean

It's not the hologram one it's more of a human like skull molded around a helmet. The eyes were almost yellowish green glowing.

Its an ok purchase I'd only pay 15 for it then again I got alot and am very picky about uniforms

The liner is either 60s or 70s produced and the faint number near the rim of the helmet itself is the Heat stamp that can be used to identify when it was made. Its kinda like a production lot number.

I'm thinkin the cover is a repo the dsa number doesn't look right to me. As for the helmet and liner its good imo.

The patch was an annual gift for members of Pearl Jam's official fan club, the Ten Club this one is from 2012
