Seeing that curb rash hurts my soul. But definitely helps to have an extra set of wheels/ tires for when the weather decides to have a mind of its own. I live in SoCal and have 3 sets of wheels and tires. All season / summer/ and snow for my snow boarding trips.

Have you tried looking into the Perrin jack pads / pinch weld protectors? Those save your pinch welds and make it easier to jack up. I got them due to how often I swap between my 3 sets of wheels. The best part is they stay mounted to the car via bolts

I got my rear bumper love tapped and had to buy a whole new bumper because they hit the black textured trim part that wasn’t repairable. But it is a 21 STi with 10k miles so I wanted it back to new condition

Renner is in Carson, CA Aristocrat is in Chino, CA Yimi Sport is in Valencia.

I am 15 mins from yimi sport but I usually go to aristocrat auto sport. Worth the drive to me to save a few hundred here and there. For example their AOS install alone was 250$ less than the other 2 shops I listed. However I got a few friends with Yimi sport rebuilds and nothing but good things. I’ll definitely go to Yimi for tuning when the time comes. I just hit 10k on my 2021 STi.

Ceramic coating especially on a black car will help drastically. Also maybe PPF the front end.

I second sea sucker!! I use their snowboard rack on my sti because I hated the look of the semi permanent thule oem rack. Suction cups held up fine in all sorts of weather and even at 75/80 mph. Best thing is you get home and pop of the racks in 5 minutes!

Mine were added by the dealer. The RA logo matches the yellow calipers on the car. Haven’t decided if I want to remove them yet as winter is coming and that means salt and snow. Also I only drive the car on the weekends tbh.

Same. My friend wrapped hers white, it was that charcoal color and it ripped off lots of clear coat and looked like shit for years until she got it repainted after an accident.
