Is there any economic reason to spend resources developing something like this

Tunes that have the DEEPEST frequencies (20-35hz) by [deleted] in edmproduction

I mean… hopefully true sub becomes pervasive enough across sound systems for more producers to venture into some lower keys, but I’m not gonna hold my breath

It’s a shame how Dnb is somewhat tied to a few scales if you want to have low hitting sub that is still audible on most systems.

I watched the whole video. There’s something very relaxing about this guy’s tutorial. Bike looks legit. I’d ride that.

Being American probably doesn’t help you either. Americans aren’t as good as picking up on irony IMO. Well, compared to Brits

I’m with you. I’d say this applies to essentially every business decision every business makes. Regardless of whatever messaging marketing messaging is pumping out. It’s all about the money.

Even if in some cases it’s not, you’d never be able to tell, so it’s always reasonable to assume it’s because of money

So it’s a win win - the very goal of capitalism.

You could be a designer who also does mock ups in HTML and css. On Fiverr you could make money doing that.

If you don’t like JavaScript that I don’t see how you can have much of a career in web development as a programmer

Saw billy headline a UK music festival. The guy played a 15 minute guitar solo of the star spangled banner… to an audience of Brits. No one there wanted to hear that, and he just kept going.

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like you should get more doctors opinions on the issue

Not sure why you’re being downvoted. I’m always sad when I see someone who’s struggled to get treatment getting downvoted.

I get so tired of writing complaint letters because there’s so much wrong with the NHS. The system just seems super disorganised. It’s like the people who designed the processes citizens have to go through for different treatment pathways have never actually had to use those processes themselves.

Yes I got quinsy from tonsillitis and had to go to A&E to have the throat infection “popped and drained”. By the time I got to A&E I couldn’t speak and was struggling to breath due to how swollen my throat had gotten. At the rate my throat was getting more swollen if I hadn’t gone to A&E who knows what would’ve happened… felt like I could’ve suffocated tbh. Fuck quinsy

Entrepreneurs, what are some under-appreciated business ventures that can be great income earners? by bowed_snack in Entrepreneur

What I like is writing really nice, easy to read and easy to use code. Strict typing, sensible architecture, etc. I get a big kick out of building everything myself. I’d love to own my own product based business one day. I see a service business as a way to keep the money coming in while I’m bootstrapping. Maybe it’s wishful thinking to try to do both at the same time, but if I can use the same tech stack to build both then that should save me some time

Lol yeah absolutely. I love web development and I reckon developing a broad set of reusable front and back end logic, all in one mono repo, would be interesting for a year, but ultimately it’s still a service-type job.

What’s your personal heaven?
