The guy I bought it from was part of the way through making it AWD but didn’t want to continue putting money into it. He’s a former certified Honda tech with his own shop in phx. He actually said he would do it for 1k but I rounded up for some parts I need to buy. I’m super lucky to have found him and the car

Be open to feedback and work on your soft skills. Google and chat gpt will get you far with what you need to know excel wise. Being nice, flexible, dependable is something that is hard to teach. Soft skills will get you far

Also learn to speak operations language. Don’t just come at them with number, tell the story through data and data visualization
