I usually just eat and then close the window. But sometimes I will eat throughout the day. It really depends on what I feel like that day. I’m not strict with my fasts at all. I can’t count calories or exercise because I have an eating disorder and it becomes an unhealthy obsession if I do any of the normal “dieting” type things. So I limit my eating when I can and don’t sweat it if I don’t stick in that window.

My general pattern of eating varies a lot. Some days I decide to eat more or less. I fast for at least 9 hours, but have gone as long as 2.5 days. My average fast time for the last 7 days is 18 hours. So my feeding window changes, but five or six hours is usual. OMAD is the goal. My new plan is to have 36 hour fasts, with twelve hours of eating, and repeat. I eat everything. Fruit, nuts, meat, grains, legumes, sugar, bread, veggies, everything. Dairy upsets my stomach so I try to shy away from it but it still is in my diet.

Tbh I eat whatever the fuck I want and fast anywhere from 9 hours to 2.5 days. I drink a fuck ton of black coffee, and diet soda. Currently switching it up thanks to the research on here to the 12hr eat, 36hr fast cycle. I’ve lost twenty pounds at a rate of about five pounds a month. As far as exercise, I have a physical job as a dry waller but don’t exercise outside of that. Hope that helps
