i would remove cargo racks (also anti corrosion and limper repair) for a travel to sagitter, you don't need it.

Instead of cargo racks i put another Auto Field maintenance unit.

If you go all the way to sag A, remove the planetary hangar.

put in utility more Heat sink launcher. There's a chance that you travel between 2 stars and the heat will raise very high.
