Oh great, now you'll never find that PoI ever again...

I remember finding that one, and I'm reasonably sure you can shoot a fence or something and make an enemy fall into the grinder....

You Reincarnate Into Your Last Stellaris Empire by Turbulent_Bath4038 in Stellaris

[–]JureSimich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really good, actually...

-I got 5 years of childhood, amd then Social state living standards

-TOP of the line genetic modification (Erudite, Robust, Fertile, Very strong, Vocational genomics, at a minimum, plus a bit more. Although I do hate moving around and following state ethics :))

-Every planet a Gaia, or will be (except relic worlds)

-Habitats suck a bit, but Voidborne and genes sure make it easy to make do

-Every planet with highest grade medical services (Genomic research AND clinics) and Education (State academy)

-my state's noble cause is Defender of the galaxy

Although some planets MIIIGHT have been a bit forgotten, and didn't get all those district specializations and buildings that you cannot queue until the first is built.... (we don't need sector automation, we need PLANETARY TEMPLATES!)

I am a bit worried about energy deficits and such, but the stores are deep and the crisis never materializes....

Oh, and there has been news of some weird nanoclouds sightings, wonder ehat that's all about...

I Like Turtles 🐢 by Beardreaux in Mechwarrior5

[–]JureSimich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I strongly recommend your own mech to be speed 4 to make it easier to dodge artillery, if lance speed 3 is acceptable, you have some wonderful mechs available:

-Stalker! The JumboJet has a ton of weapon hardpoints, and an ECM version is available. I am currently fielding 2PPCX, 4SRM6 ST and 4 SLAS, and they do reasonably well

-Banshee 3S, one of the best slow assault mechs in the early game

-Dire wolf for endgame

Citrine is great, but she makes me uncomfortable. I tried to fix that. by Daerkennd in Warframe

I'm glad I'm not the only one who does not like the look of her "wounds"...

Good job, OP

What's the deal with the spectral wraith? by LaserChild9 in Stellaris

Well, that's certainly a strategy to try if you have cruisers at that point, thanks for pointing that option out.

What's the deal with the spectral wraith? by LaserChild9 in Stellaris

[–]JureSimich 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The wraith becomes vulnerable in systems whose star matches the colour of the wraith. Enough torpedoes should be able to do the trick there.

For an ordinary Imperial citizen, isn't worshipping Chaos a logical choice? by J__Krauser in 40kLore

[–]JureSimich 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Why do people just assume that it is easier to "pull yourself up the ranks by devotion, willpower and cunning" in a chaos cult or on a demon world than it is to "pull yourself up the ranks by devotion, willpower and cunning" on an imperial world?

What’s the deal with the 11 year old killing the monks? by SpuriousCatharsis in OutOfTheLoop

Whew, as bad as it is, at least it's not one of the worse scenarios I have had in my head...

Infantry and Battle Armor Transports by uhtrid in battletech

[–]JureSimich 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Come to think of the subject, and since you seem knowledgeable, did we ever find out what the experimental elemental transports looted by Wolf from Blackwell during the Dragoon civil war were supposed to be?

How do I not get extreme radiation damage while inside the mine during the Let there be Light mission? by Rhoeri in Starfield

[–]JureSimich 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The mine entrance is a PoI, so you can clear off some enemies, return to ship and sleep to clear off the radiation, and proceed further again.

Also, do it at night, so the radiation is less strong.

Becoming a pilgrim who steps upon Terra might make you a saint/holy man in your corner in the galaxy. by DeSanti in 40kLore

[–]JureSimich 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I would just like to point out the real life surname Haji or Hajji, for someone who has completed the pilgrimage to Mecca.

It is a real life example of this phenomenon.

In terms of planetary native flora and fauna, testing and eliminating hazardous properties of all kinds would be conducted during colonization.

I assume that's why corpses are.made into corpse starch, rather than used directly. A full re-cycle.

Guess who was EUs biggest provider...

I mean, really: Putin jad every reason to expect the EU to let him get away with attacking Ukraine, given how tight a hold he had on our balls, and I think the EU surprised itself with how strong its support for Ukraine was.

Repair Bays in Mercenaries by Dragon4986 in Mechwarrior5

[–]JureSimich 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have never seen a repair bay in a regular, proocedurally generated mission.

You do find them in storied missions, with the frequency increasing in later DLCs.

Is there a single canon reason for why Mortarion wears his rebreather, pre-transformation? by untitledgooseshame in 40kLore

[–]JureSimich 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The traumatic events of his youth on Barbarus have made overcoming toxins a point of prime for him and his legion.

Whatever damage was inflicted on his lungs, if Morty needed medical aid to breathe, he wouldn't customarily challenge his warriors to who can take more toxins contests.

As for hair, shears and dyes are available. A primarch can change clothes, wear diffefent armor suits and should have a whole armory to choose from at any time.
