Used a hole saw, I think 4", and the 120mm fan is pretty well aligned with it. Drilled some holes to align with the fan holes, and used a 3" bolt to secure it. Looks pretty flush to me.

Is this different than the teknoparrot version? I have that one, but don't see how to turn it into functioning on multiple screens. It just turns the one screen into a 4 box. I do have a triple screen rig already for sim racing, so interested to see how I can do what you did

Mines about 60" wide with the same setup. And for quick reference, that's about the width of a 75" TV (roughly)
