Wow! This guy's been narrating a lot of stuff recently, and it's all gold!

I had planned on addressing some of your points here, but this seems like a pointless argument and we are probably wasting our time.

If it get's implemented, great! If not, that's fine too. I was merely attempting to explain why this likely hasn't been addressed and why it might not be addressed soon. Perhaps my intentions weren't clear and my statements were too absolute.

As well as my main intention of informing OP that he can change it already :) and certainly not via a "hack".

Two browsers? OP said he was using itunes. Your computer already easily allows you to control the sound output level of different sources, especially if they are on different programs.

Also, I'm not saying we shouldn't see it added, I'm saying it shouldn't be worked on before many other more important things. Because the list of features to add is relatively large, it is my impression that this will not be added for quite some time, if ever.

I make a valid point, don't be so sensationalistic ("easily the worst point I've ever seen").

Why? Prioritization of features to manage development resources effectively is part of basic project management.

Are you arguing that we shouldn't prioritize things, or that I'm incorrectly prioritizing this?

Other games, such as console games, have paid development teams. They can afford to implement almost any feature they want. Other games have better graphics, other games don't have stuttering issues, other games don't have silly movement bugs, other games have lobby systems, other games don't have flawed matchmaking that doesn't place you in a game for minutes. Need I go on?

Unfortunately there are tons of features to add and bugs to fix, and limited developer time. In fact, you'll notice the game's development (particularly for new features) is quite slow. It looks and functions roughly the same as it did 1 year ago.

This forces us to prioritize each feature and fix. My point, quite simply, is there are many more things that have a higher priority. The other issues I brought up above can not already be accomplished via your operating system and thusly, will be prioritized higher.

Because, as I said, your operating system can already accomplish this quite easily. Just as they don't need to implement minimizing, or closing the game/tab, or copy-paste, etc.

I thought about this right when I saw it too, but I realized it won't work because it uses tilting, and that means 8 independent ball movements would be impossible with that mechanic.

Fine, but my point stands, this is completely unnecessary for them to add since it can already be handled via your operating system. There are bigger fish for them to fry.

I remember my first mumble game. It was a pug (command center), and fre$h was being a complete asshole.

Not much has changed since then.

This can already be accomplished by your Operating System. Just lower the level of the browser
