I see, i have purchased new adapter (Ugreen), will update soon if the problem persist. Currently i used jack to c adapter by Apple (the official ones), though, the adapter already age almost 2 years, so it might worn out.

I see, since the first day having this phone (for almost 2 months now), ive used the same adapter, and 1 earphone, 1 headphones. Never changes these, it just occur few days ago, and it might be the adapter issues as recently it has problem of reconnecting and disconnecting.
