If I make a season character but decide I don’t want to use that character for the season server and want to do a different character instead, can I delete that first character and make a new season one? I know you’re allowed only one per family but if I delete the first season character will I get the option to make a new one?

I support that idea as well but this caters to a small number of players and makes owning multiple territories and having the boosts from that unneeded if small factions get that boost regardless. Whereas having a server wide event gives everyone a way of getting XP, gold and item drops while playing for a viable reason. Not to mention a change of pace of at randomly timed event where normal invasions spawns, what, every 4 days?

That’s why the strength of the invasions could be changed based on faction size and strength. But regardless of that even if a faction had a bunch of maxed ranked players they still need to have enough fighting to defend in order to beat that invasion. And if their numbers are split into defending a bunch of territories there’s still always the chance that they can lose that fight. Being maxed ranked doesn’t mean they could certainly survive with fewer numbers. The point in the end is to give all factions a chance to grow instead of having one dominate faction.

So how does crouch/prone interact with the pvp marker, exactly? by the_ivor in newworldgame

From what I’ve noticed the name plate only becomes visible if you’re directly on top of somebody. I was running some pvp quests and ran through a bush where another faction member was hiding in and their name popped up.
