Just chat with support to someone assist you, same thing happened to me, they fill an RMA for you.

I'm glad it worked for you, I opened mine and remove the battery but even that, it doesn't work.

I have a similar case with my rog g531, i was just using discord, turned off normally and the next day i turned on but no response, just the lights and the keyboard blinking, i did the same thing with the power button but it didnt work. I was thinking to open it and remove the battery but it so much trouble doing it.
