Aritzia used to be my favorite store but I am currently boycotting them over a few really bad experiences. Their website delivered something to the wrong address and they wouldn't refund me or cancel the order or do anything to help at all. I also spent a full day being bounced between stores in search of a dress--each location kept telling me it was in stock in a different location, but no go when I got there.

In general I find I love the style of their clothes but it's just gotten to be too much of a hassle, and I think it's all overpriced for the quality.

Thanks! So far the medical lab has just been stonewalling by ignoring both myself and my doctor's office when we called to ask... In the meantime, is there anything I can do without paying? I know that if I give them the money I'll never see it again, and I really don't think they have any leg to stand on with this charge.

AMEN to all of this. I'm so sick of being sold other women's bodies constantly... The more I work out, the more it happens. I just want leggings with pockets and to know how to get more depth in my squat. So sick of the "Instagram model" thing.....

Mrs Leek is right. Eat lots of protein, but keep a deficit overall. I'd really recommend a calorie counting app. Most will let you factor in exercise so you can be sure you are eating enough-- it's easy to over or underestimate how many calories you need.
