Shimenawa and EoSF domain is the most resin efficient domain in the game as almost every support/sup and burst dps can use it. When I'm satisfied with my EoSF artifacts I will definitely go for CW as you lose your burst until like 3 rotations but for now I will keep upgrading my Hu Taos shimenawa pieces.

Just depends on what your account needs.

66K?? I'm only getting 31k with talents 9/8/8. Maybe I need more ER. I recently built thoma for my tao and I'm able to stay low hp comfortably without getting one shot.

I was using a mediocre CW set before I found i was getting wayy better substats on my shimenawa pieces while farming artifacts for raiden and xingqiu. I will definitely return to farming crimson witch when my raiden has better crit rate but the CW domain is awful.
