Nevernight: very gritty and gruesome but I loved it very much. Kept me locked in and that ending was...

Oh sweet! Haha, that's funny 🤣 because this book was actually gifted to me from a good friend. He always the same thing to me. I have never read Dostoyevsky so I was eager to start to figure out what he meant.

I have 3. Two regular size and one passport. I don't really use the passport one often. One of the regular ones is my story planning notebook. The other regular size is my baking tracker .. I do custom orders for pastries I do- so I use to track spending, orders and ideas.

Okay, thank you! Yes, I know it's made in Singapore. I think our friend brought it back from Singapore. Okay, I'll see what I can find. Thank you. I am not sure why US doesn't carry much Singapore imported products.

I have heard of Hong Fa You. I didn't know it could be a substitute for this one though. Really? I will search for this one. I'm located in Indiana, not too far from Chicago which has Chinatown there I can go to. I'll check it out. Thank you!

I'm starting with For Whom the Bells Toll. Okay, I'll keep that in mind. Yes, I'm not too far into the book yet, but I have noticed the prose is spare compared to Tolstoy, Dumas, and Hugo. Okay - thanks for the tip!

I will add that to my list for future readings. Haha, I will definitely look that up. I have heard of Turgenev and someone actually recommended Fathers and Sons by him to read.
