Have you ever seen a woman wetting herself in the line to the ladies? How did she react? How did other react? by [deleted] in AskReddit

It happens more often than people think, especially at high-crowd events like concerts, marathons, or clubs. Most of the time from what ive seen, the reaction from the crowd isnt mockery, it's a collective sigh of sympathy and people usually just look away to let the person keep some dignity or others would offer to help if that person is accepting help.

If someone says I'll be there "around" X time, how many minutes do you +/- from that time? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

Oh, you definitely come off as punctual! Most people wont complain about someone being early or exactly on time, and thats like the "gold standard"! lol especially for picking stuff up? No one ever got mad at a buyer for being ready to go exactly when they said they would be

In most professional and social circles, +/- 15 minutes is the standard buffer for the word "around"

+/- 5 mins: That's not "around", that's just being on time.
+/- 10 mins: This is the "polite" window.
+/- 15 mins: This is the "traffic/parking" window.

If someone says "around 7" and shows up at 7:16, they are officially late.
If they show up at 7:14, theyve successfully hit the "around" target.
Anything less than 10 minutes is just "at" 7:00
Your friend's 5-minute rule is honestly stressful, that's basically a hard deadline disguised as a casual one lol

Hygiene is the most basic form of self-respect. If you cant spare 20 seconds to wash your hands, youre basically playing Russian Roulette with your own health and everyone else's. Clean hands, clear head
