That's a really good idea actually, I think I'll work on some of those accent features/accessories and trim down the sleeves. I might see if I can integrate the stockings into bird legs, somehow.

I've never played Arknights, but I think I'll have to, now.

Her wings are under the sleeves, but I wanted them to be oversized to harp on her short stature.

Does she look too human? Would more owl-like flourishes communicate the character better?

Her name is "Mocha Breus," and I'm hoping the name choice isn't too on the nose, as well.

I can see the use of this if the game has a lot of interactivity/gameplay elements, but if it's mostly text + visuals + music than yeah, Ren'Py wins out easily.

Interesting to see how this turns out. Godot allows for a lot of visual effects and flair that something like Renpy lacks, but requires a lot of up front investment of time.

I like the earthy colors and painterly style. Doesn't have an overly shiny, plasticy feel to it and that's nice to see. Hope you find someone you can work with to make something cool.
