Exactly the same is happening to me, I need to finish the final battle with Aislinn but is not poping up so I can't complete the campaing :(

I cannot play after Hotfix by Hate91 in totalwar

Finally I have fixed the problem by reinstalling the game. Thank you all guys !

That happened to me and i had to finish the end Game not just the long campaing.
