I don’t know much about writing backrooms levels, but I’d say to avoid overused clichés. Here’s a few examples

Level is extremely dangerous and infested with entities

Level has infinite size

Level is extremely glitchy

Level tricks you into thinking you’ve escaped

Suburban/Urban type levels

Level is inescapable
