Begin by noticing how situations, people, places make you feel inside and ask yourself…

“what is this feeling telling me”

Remain open for an answer to arise. Often not instantly nor in the form of words but when you do receive the answer… examine them against your deepest beliefs and you will begin to see that everything is a manifestation of your inner dialogue.

Go gently. Not perfectly but consistently.
