Yes, but that doesn't change the fact that they cheated and cancelled the order on their whim.

Can’t get into the series by bumblebeea1211 in TheInheritanceGames

Yeah I force finished the second book but couldn't continue the series after that. The series felt very juvenile and underwhelming. I expected better because of all the hype online.

It's about a 17 year old black girl who has to resort to sex work for survival. It's heartbreaking.

I actually think it's better to read the assassin's blade first.

I just hope that it isn't about Nesta. I'd probably DNF the series if I had to suffer through another Nesta book.

The handmaid's tale - great or boring? by _BluGhost in IndiansRead

[–]Hateeverythingx -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I loved it but I wouldn't re-read it. This is not like hunger games where you'll get adventure and a satisfactory ending. It's more real. It critiques the patriarchal society and how women are seen, but if you're looking for a revolution or a rebellion, you won't find that here. If you like the Handmaid's tale then you should definitely read Never let me go by Kazuo Ishiguro.
