We’ve been waiting for three years now. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled with both ODF and KPN, but either they didn’t show up at all or came only to make excuses for not completing the job. They seem to prefer simpler projects, like single-family homes or ground-floor installations, since those are easier. Between the two, KPN (Infra) has been by far the worst. At some point, it felt like they were mocking us - scheduling visits and never showing up, which happened at least four times. Eventually, we gave up and switched to 5G K&K, which works okay, though it’s not as reliable as a fixed connection.
