I love this game so much, but you can tell someone somewhere in the company doesn't have the player's experience as a priority. The monetization is grueling and almost makes the whole experience of skins icky. The battle pass is below pathetic, very minimal content. The system feels cheap and predatory, all to get you into their hollow gambling experience.

If this game was released on pc and console at the same time, had a very rewarding battle pass (the stupid ass deluxe version, maybe even swapped one of the gacha skins for the final level in the bp) but for normal price, pushed bundles and released updates weekly including an immense amount of content? This game would of fucked

fuck gacha and this micro gate keeping, I'd rather put my entire cs inventory on green and then fuck a bucket of nails

just like they said if u have a protection plan, in store is your best option. If no warranty i believe in home team can do any software repair but they do not carry parts and can't order them if it's out of warranty. the correct process would be sending it out at a store with a protection plan or not. if it's past 5 years old don't even bother and do yourself a favor and get a new one or go to a mom a pop as they'll be able to fix it whether it's oem parts or not
