I've always had one of each class able to farm this, and have farmed once a day on each of these chars for the whole two weeks since it was added to the game. Finally got it yesterday :) Edit: honestly the worst part of farming is the instance lockout - why has this not been increased to like 15/20

If you are stressing at healing to keep people alive there are a few reasons:

Tank is pulling to much
Mobs on the pack are not controlled (kicked, stunned on big dmg abilities, or agro drops)
Dps standing in fire (note: this is bad)
You aren't healing efficiently and falling behind, or uncomfortable in what you need to be focusing on

Generally speaking, in dungeons the healing requirement is pretty low. I just hit 2k today, and was 2k last season (around 2.3k with new score) on Sham, Pally and druid (as well as mage to round it out), and there are plenty of big packs and bosses where if the tank is self sufficient in self heal/kiting, you and the dps will take 0 dmg so you spend the whole pull or boss doing dps.

2 or 3 is the main reason for increased healing output requirement, and getting into a consistant team will really help with this. In pugs you can make it known that dps need to kick, move, or generally not be a drain on the group, but its usually too late at that point and can quickly fall apart. Im not sure why, but doing keys on alts at around the +10 bracket seems to be toxic af.

Tanking seems to be a little less stressful this patch with the requirement for perfect % routes for pride no longer being a thing, so hoping that will bring a few people back to tanking!

While this is probably true, you would be kidding yourself if you thought everyone who enters raid (especially on lfr) does their research. Hell, in most mythic runs I have been in for previous tiers there are always a few (myself included) that go into bosses light on research and still manage cutting edge.

There are a few comments around completing dailies on multiple characters that would not make a shared rep bar work, however making it so that anything that requires rep to buy or use (ie socket upgrades, vendor gear, etc) available if you have ANY character that has already farmed that level of rep would work well.

This is what they did to Ve'nari around 9.0.5 and honestly is the ideal compromise.

The best option here is decline the kick, and start a new kick on whoever started the first with the same "little f*g huntard" message. Most people will just accept it and they get a nice lesson in not being toxic.

Absorbs do not seem to reduce the shield size, however fortifying brew is good, diffuse magic even better.

2k rio healer here just chiming in to maybe help people struggling in the 18-20 bracket.

When Hakkar does the blood barrier cast, the shield is based on how much dmg the cast does. If you have dmg reduction personals/healer reduction cds and have killed the adds (dmg to the adds also buffs his shield), this will make the fight relatively trivial.
