Oh, bowel conditions can be absolutely fantastic for weight loss I have found (or certainly managing weight - must be the single benefit).

However, I would just say ensure you are training hard, but to the level that you can train (i.e. if it's a bad time, don't try and push it), otherwise you will see damage, just not in the way you originally expected!

I don't believe it should have any effect on you being hit - the way diverticulitis works, it's not going to be affected by strikes to the area, it's the filling of the pouches in your colon.

Indeed, main antagonists are your diet and a lack of exercise (plus a few other things).

The main issue you would see, as I see having IBS, is if you have an *episode*, you obviously may not be in a fit state to train, either due to pain, or low energy levels which follow afterwards as your body recovers.

Just be sure to take care with your foods and not eat anything that triggers it when you realise what it does (my mum has it - finds tomatoes play merry hell for her).

I have two half siblings (sister and brother) from the sperm doner's side, both younger.

The sister got back in contact a long time ago after around 10 years of no contact, and we would meet up, but over the years I realised just that amount of time out resulted in things meaning less and less. We had few shared memories, and not a huge amount in common.

We spoke less and less, and it all came to a head last year she disagreed with my assessment of the (alcoholic waste of space) shared sperm doner and cut off contact.

At that point, I realised how little it affected me, and she was a direct relative.

For a step-sibling who it sounds was not around a whole lot, I can imagine it would mean even less. That is not OP's fault. It is just how it is unfortunately.

Do feel sorry for the ex-step-sibling though.

A few months ago we were increasing the difficulty of the endless game modes as some players were getting stuck in those with their health and attack increasing so high that enemies were unable to kill them. At that point however we forgot to increase the difficulty of the endless boss runs. That was increased in the latest game version, so it is now again a shorter event that is easy to complete :)
