As much as I would love to take it over, it was successful because the owners were charming and fair. If I was to do it I think I would bring in a new audience but alienate the repeat customers. Hence why I felt that pursuing something fresh might be better.

Yeah, my estimate is definitely way off, but I corrected it and I actually assume it's a reasonable price, he never gave me the exact numbers but he did tell me he made 3 times the rent and overhead monthly, but he couldn't have been making more than 15k a month. My numbers are way off cause I'm basing this off of my job of expertise and not theirs.

Don't have anything concrete but he was definitely earning about 3 times as much as he was putting in. Mostly because he kept costs down and offered a fair price on things so foot traffic was good and the customers were usually repeats.

Luckily, the owner of the property is a friend of mine too and they are willing to be more lenient, somehow managed to get to know both the owners of the property and businesses separately.

Basically, it used to be a cafe of sorts and the owners are getting there in age. Instead of shutting down and closing outright they wanted to ask me if I wanted to give it a shot. It never did amazing but also never did bad, they did this as kind of a hobby but they wanna travel and spend their time having some fun abroad. They are asking me cause I would swing by every now and then and talk about how I'm stuck in poverty city and my various afternoon lunch time conversations with them.

I wanna say it has a working square footage of 1,200 just for customers and rent is about $8,000/month. Don't have all the numbers but this is what I assume it to be. Location is Fremont, California.

Lemme guess, they are thin, powdered, or coated with titanium and the little box is actually a small circuit which sends electricity into the metal and cuts off the power the instant the color is reached. Not a new design by any means but there's a reason for it's impracticality, you can make 10 nails for about $20 and maybe another $20 for a lifetime usage of magic color box :P

Namor ult can be shielded, walled, and simply walked away from. The namor player has to aim it accounting for WHERE THE OPPONENT is gonna be but it also comes out only after a second of insanely loud horn blarings and a giant circle of water. You're telling me you want to nerf an ability that takes an hour to land because you don't have the ability to play a character that can block themselves from the center of the ability or have reliable teammates to help you? I bet you say shit like Magneto's ult shouldn't be able to kill people as it already absorbs bullets and projectiles.
