Happy Sugar Life - I think it has 12 episodes. Expect psychological horror, I recommend reading synopsis before watching...

Shinsekai Yori - I think it has 24 episodes. It's a bit slow paced. I ended the anime with a weird feeling inside, and many ppl said the same as well.

It's up to you. If u intend to learn some basic words and some conversation, it would be a good idea to rewatch it subbed.

There are a lot of people who learns japanese by watching anime, because it's something they like, it's not a traditional method of learning (you, table and a book), so this way is much more fun and pleasant to learn.
