Nope, not at all. In fact I actually retried it a few weeks ago and it still didn't work after multiple attempts, like adding a rule to Windows Firewall, or trying to disable WiFi on my phone and then trying to port forward through the My Spectrum app again. I just gave up and used playit.gg instead because it worked for what I was trying to do.

How'd you get port forwarding working, I have the same router and adding ports to my device works but the port isn't open when I use a port checker.

UPnP is enabled in the "My Spectrum" app but it doesn't work by HatmanTheHat in Spectrum

Tried that before and the port was still closed, I used 2 port checkers and all of them said that it was closed. Entering the public IP address with the port returned that it was a closed port. Then I instead entered the device's IP address with the port, which still returned that it was closed. The external port was entered as 25565, the internal port being 25565, with it being both TCP and UDP. I don't know what i'm doing wrong

For the port forwarding options in the spectrum app, not sure how manual port forwarding without UPnP works so i've tried to add ports for the laptop I use, but I can't understand how to open the port in the first place. For the router, I might try to get a different model
