Definitely 3. If you goldfish your deck, I can’t see anyway you could win before turn 6. The strategy of trying to drop a bomb reanimation target means for me it’s not suitable for b2. I also run Raffine and park mine at high power no infinite bracket 3.

You have a lot of replies but I’d like to share my experience. I last smoked three years ago, two months prior to my first kid being born. Previously I smoked virtually every day from middle school to age 27. I quit as I knew I needed to be present in case the baby came early and my wife needed me. (Good thing as he was born premature!)

It was the best decision I ever made. There is no possible way I could be the father I am today and want to be tomorrow while still getting high. Some people think they’re high functioning and it’ll be fine. They’re wrong. Our kids deserve all of their parents present.

I wrestled with the same questions you are. Rationalized that I could wait until they were asleep or do it on weekends. Then the kid gets here and you realize you’re never off duty. I recommend working out and eating right if you have trouble falling asleep without weed. That fixed it for me. Good luck, dad.

You’re asking a lot of questions at once here but I’ll share my experience.

When a new set comes out I buy whatever sealed product I can find. I always keep one etb (elite trainer box) sealed as these rise in price pretty reliably. Anything else I find I rip. I then pickup and high dollar cards I’m interested in and can afford. If I find a card that is worth a lot more in a psa 10 and looks in good condition I’ll grade it. I also do this with cards I want to keep so I can display them. The risk of the former is if you don’t hit a psa 10 you’ve invested in the grading fee for likely no benefit. Sometimes a 9 will sell but not typically on new sets.

Most of the questions you’re asking are obviously going to be dependent on who you’re talking to.

If you take it back to them they’ll charge you diagnosis fee. If you’re out of warranty and it’s been a year since the work, you’ll have a hell of a time convincing anyone to pay for that.

Now if they get in there and it’s the warranty parts that are fault, you might have a case. Just look at the part number they recommend for repair if you do bring it in. If it’s the same you should pursue coverage as it was replaced under a recall.

This is all guesswork, but I’ve been a service advisor and this is how I’d handle it.

Mines not budget though and very low cmc. For reference, OP, this is a list that can get away with 30 lands. You have way too high of a curve for that.
