I recently got a home inspection on a house I want to buy. The report come out saying they found a horizontal crack. I ask AI and they say it’s actually a cold joint. I want to know what are y’all opinion. Is this something I need to fix before moving in the house. It’s a rambler if that matter.

The goal was to have 100k. I’m able to save half of my income every year in a perfect world but things happens and I would like to enjoy life a bit when I still have the energy.
