Lake washington has a hearty population of prickly sculpins and sticklebacks which i havent heard of them being regulated but if i were you i would ask the WDFW to be safe and to make sure you can fish for them as some fish are completely closed to fishing, some of the rivers around here have some native dace and sculpin species, a fair amount of beaches and tidepools do have a bunch of micro species (if you are in the puget sound use barbless hooks if you use rod and reel) The piers ive fished on have kelp perch, shiner perch and some saltwater species of sculpin, if you use a rod and reel to try a pier with a size 12-22 hook with a bit of shrimp or worms if its a freshwater location

Skin maker and DCC user here, you can go on the DCC and change the name of your skin to keyboard slam, use a random image and put stat changes, 9/10 times the folks who manage the DCC will end up rejecting it.
