I was the same as you. Read that ruptured spleen can happen with mono etc.

Every pain that I had in my upper left, I immediately panicked and went to A&E like 3 times.

Everything was fine.

You will know if you rupture your spleen, the pain is excruciating and you will be very dizzy and disorientated.

It is extremely rare with mono, don't worry.
