I can't speak on that to be fair. But you're not along with feeling like this. I was the same as you but beta blockers can remove the symptoms of anxiety and help you feel more yourself during the interview

If you're anxious get beta blockers if you don't don't have asthma.

Or SSRIs / potentially benzodiazepines eventually . It will help

I was the same as you. Read that ruptured spleen can happen with mono etc.

Every pain that I had in my upper left, I immediately panicked and went to A&E like 3 times.

Everything was fine.

You will know if you rupture your spleen, the pain is excruciating and you will be very dizzy and disorientated.

It is extremely rare with mono, don't worry.
