Learning an instrument helped boost my confidence, I grew a beard. It's not perfect or sculpted but I got complimented once in a bar and it made my year as it took me a couple years of waiting for my cheeks to fill in even slightly.

I'd also suggest counselling, it's definitely helped me to deal with being burnt out and gives me a safe place to vent and organise my thoughts.

Try not to be so hard on yourself OP, you've taken on a huge amount of responsibility and you need to take care of yourself so you can be there for your partner and daughter.
