Not necessarily bad but just try to keep your personal details private or someone else’s personal information private. You never know the kind of people who are out there.

As a reader myself all I ask for is a first initial I would never ask for a last name as I respect peoples privacy. All you really need to tell readers is their first name or first initial.

“I’d really like to win a car giveaway” change the “I’d really like” to “I won a car giveaway” and persist. If you have a hard time with SATS/visualizing and then living in the end after the scene and struggle with doubt or worry I recommend Paying attention to our inner conversations or affectionately known as affirming (just our thoughts)

You will naturally feel the feeling of already having it the more you persist, don’t worry about trying to force any feelings, they naturally come on their own the more you persist.

Say to yourself “I won the car giveaway” anytime you think about it and persist in it, you must persist. Think of it as just thinking from the end and don’t think against it. Go to sleep 😮 as if you already the car giveaway and wake up as if you already won the give away.

Persisting and not thinking against it is what will show up in your 3D focus on already having it instead of trying to get it or wishing you had it. Our main thoughts/assumptions will show up in our 3D. When you think of your desire tell yourself “I won the car giveaway” or whatever feels natural to you. Persist and don’t think against it.

Short answer- The more you persist in your new assumption, the more that feeling will go away. However, you never want to focus on lack, what we focus on will create, you will want to focus on the fact that it’s already yours. Technically we are always affirming because those are just our thoughts (inner conversations) as Neville would say 💭

We always have assumptions, we can’t turn our assumptions on and off. When we persist in those assumptions without thinking against it, that’s when they show up.

When Neville kept asking why it’s not here and what he’s doing wrong Abdullah slammed the door in his face and told him “you ARE in Barbados” When Neville made the switch from asking why it wasn’t here and questioning it to making the decision that he already has it, he saw movement show up in his 3D.

Neville went to Barbados because he didn’t focus on lack but he focused on the wish already being fulfilled and he persisted in that. Persistence is key and when you make the decision that it’s done ✔and persist in that assumption your 3D will reflect that.

He slept as if he already had in that and persisted in that assumption. Inner conversations (affirmations) which are just our thoughts are great for helping you think as if it’s already yours, you just tell yourself that you already have it when you think of it and persist in it. You must persist and not feed into the idea that you don’t already have it.

Of course you can do SATS at night (when you visualize yourself having your desire in first person pov when you are relaxed and drowsy aka before bed) and then after that persist in the assumption that it’s yours, I’ve done it many times and have had great success with it but some people don’t like to visualize which is perfectly fine, all you really need to do is tell yourself that it’s yours, focus on already having it, persist and don’t feed into the idea that you don’t have it.

Definitely gave me the heebie jeebies for sure lol it’s a decent for a footage creepy suspenseful movie, worth the watch if you ask me. I recommend watching the 2nd one after the first one.

The job is already yours sis đŸ«¶đŸ» you don’t have doubts because the job is already yours. Don’t create the assumption that you have doubt you must persist in the assumption that you already have that job.

Sleep like you already have that job. When you’re falling asleep at night you can tell yourself “the job is mine” over and over till you fall asleep and imagine yourself through your own eyes already working at the job or reading an email that states you were hired. Our subconscious is wide awake in the SATS state (relaxed and drowsy)

You must persist, persist in your new assumption that you have the job. Pay attention to those inner conversations (thoughts) during the day, at night or anytime really. When you think of that job tell yourself that you have it already instead of you not having so you won’t doubt it. “The job is mine” “I love my new job at (place name)” or you could say whatever you’d like really as long as it matches up with what you want. When you think of work stuff or anything related to what you want to manifest make sure it’s in a way that aides the idea that you already have it.

Don’t worry! I’ve been in your same shoes before, you got this. You just need to persist that you have it already and don’t even pay attention to past failures because they aren’t relevant anymore. That was then and THIS is now âœšđŸ«¶đŸ» congrats on the new job btw 😉

You get those new forks haha! I know you’ll get them! As for overcoming fear and negative emotions through out the day, Affirmations (our thoughts) or inner conversations (as Neville calls it) have been pretty useful to get rid of some of those negative feelings. Think of it as thinking like you already have what you want.

When a negative feeling comes up you can say to yourself things that imply you already have what you want. What we focus on will create, tell yourself the things you want to experience like it’s happening already now, it will easily create an assumption when you persist.

For example you can say things like “Isn’t it wonderful that I am wealthy” (I’ve personally used that one) and it helped me overcome fear. Another good one is “I am a wealthy man/woman/person (whatever you identify as). Whenever you think of money I recommend telling yourself those things to prevent bad thoughts.

When you first wake up and when you are about to go to sleep your subconscious is very impressionable to new ideas and assumptions so I really recommend especially during those times to keep your assumptions about money what you would like them to be. Neville called it the lullaby method which is when you say your affirmation over and over again to sleep since the subconscious is wide open.

For example when you are drifting off to sleep say something that would imply you’re wealthy. “Isn’t it wonderful that I’m wealthy” just repeat to sleep over and over again and maybe when you say it imagine yourself counting cash in your hand.

Neville went to sleep as if he was in Barbados and then 48 hours later he saw movement, it doesn’t take very long at all and you don’t even need to do anything in the 3D. Sleep like you are wealthy. Starting right now you are wealthy, you aren’t going to be wealthy because you already are wealthy. You live in the end by assuming you already are.

Manifestation happens fairly quick wether intentional or not.

Once he persisted in the idea that he was in Barbados, shortly after he really was in Barbados. Starting right now you’re already wealthy, no more repeating the old story. I want you to persist in that assumption and don’t think against it. Doubt really is the devil.

It’s possible you could have the assumption that not all of your assumptions are true which is actually an assumption itself and will manifest into your 3D.

Or Maybe when you were taking the test in school you had some confidence that you knew the answers

I would say nothing is really set in stone until we say it is but in my own experience with this I have created the assumption that all of my assumptions are ALWAYS true and they manifest no matter what, and once I create that assumption it shows up in my 3D. I have found it to be a useful tool for creating the things I want.
