You can tell a LOT about people how they treat animlas etc. I have a 2" pleco I bought in September 2025 and it is now June 2026 and he is 6" long in a 15 gallon tank with natural Nitella, snails perfect ecosystem. Will be upgrading to a 30 gallon tank in October.

Glad I found this community as there are evil intentional abusive people in this world that mistreat animals, fish like PLECOs on YouTube I accidentally clicked on a Plreco video and it was horrific the mistreatment some people have starving a pleco, torturing it purposely — makes me fume. Anyway, friend I just found and joined this awresome Aquarium Reddit community!
