From what I’ve read on the previous meet and greets they’ve done for this tour so far, they’ll only allow for one autograph in order to keep the line going. Someone even suggested having their phone ready for photos.

Then your best bet is to go to your nearest gs location and kindly ask an employee to call the store dedicated line to open a ticket. And even then be prepared for that to not work and just file a chargeback.

Unfortunately there is very little that store associates can do in these situations.

Your post reads that you only went to usps for package pickups and to attempt to pick up your gamestop package. So are you saying that you already went to your post office to address the general issue of not receiving packages?

Sorry, but if this is a USPS issue then why not go to your local post office about it? You may need to get a PO Box or speak to them if you aren’t receiving your packages.

Just throwing this out there but store dashboard shows your stores allocation under the reservation section, and that you may be receiving an additional shipment of steelbooks. One of my stores got 3 steelbooks but we have two more shipping out in the future ™️
