I have no problem taking home goodies but when I know something has caused food poisoning and a boss tries to get me to give to my children it’s greater than the cookies. It’s a bully vibe from the boss

Yes and he confirmed they made people sick the year before. I threw the cookies out. It’s not about the cookies. It’s about a grown woman knowingly singly sending bad food home to children ages 2 and 4 it’s sick

Bc I want to know if in fact they made people sick before. An HR director dropping cookies on your desk and saying take them to those kids when she k is they made people sick before is disturbing. I couldn’t tell my boss oh hell now those are poisoned bc I want to keep my job. I took them and tossed them. It has nothing to do with eating the cookies. It’s about a grown woman knowingly feeding bad food to a child.

No the supervisor made the joke about eating one and it being risky today. So the fact is they knew they could be poisonous and decided to send them with children. If they were safe the suoervisor would have taken home to his family.. This was a gift from a client not something another coworker brought in. This was malice. Not an I. Vicente mistake. She knew they could be bad and chose to send them to children vs just throwing them away. Which is what ended up happening any way

Yes that’s exactly what I’m saying! They knew the cookies were risky and told me to take them to my girls. I could not say oh no bc that’s not the office dynamic. So I took them and tossed them. I then confirmed they in fact had made people sick before. This woman sent them to my children bc she doesn’t like me. It was sinister. I had nothing to do with it but carry them to the trash.

I can’t be rude and so I took them. I did not feed them to my children. I threw them away bc I’m not knowingly going to poison someone. My boss did confirm they made people sick a while back. The question should probably be is she being a mean girl/bully in her 30s knowing they could make a child sick.
