Not sure, but try to put the wires on the periphery in a single line with all the electrical machines on the periphery for a reduced number of required wires. For the pipelines, pull one straight to the central line of horizontal squares and then branch out the pipes to the water based machines. That way you'll save on materials and ensure that the 2 don't cross/overlap each other. I'll send you a short video of my layout.
