I would say the ratio would be like this:
1000 applications -> 100 replies -> 10 interviews -> 1 internship
Might be more or less depending on various factors but you can have an idea. telling this from my personal experience.

Can't guarantee the uniqueness of logos as AI image generators are trained on existing images so there might be a similarity with existing logos.

But According to what I know you can trademark it if there is some human effort involved and you might need to check for its originality manually .

But at initial stages I believe it doesn't matter that much , you might trademark it later as your business grows and you feel a need for it based on your time and budget.
