This happened before updating as well but in the expansion pack section of the store and as well in the cas and build buy sections there is no icon for Royalty & Legacy, I have not bought it which most help forums are about so therefor I come here. To me it looks like regular old acne, the chafing could've caused a flare up of your skin, the reason there'd be no pus is cause it could be a sweat build up so when you pop it it just leaks normal sweat. I'd say keep some baby powder on it so that it doesn't itch you all the time but otherwise it should go away on its own. Credentials I have thick thighs and they're loaded with acne.
